Sunday the 21st sees the epic that is the Wrekin Long O. Its always a tough one and a good route choice test... tip... GO AROUND rather than up and down except where its quicker to go down then back up again! another tip.. take some energy gels or bars.
Shorter courses are available for older and junior competitors.
Should be a grand day out see events for details and car park location.

British Championships this coming weekend!

Its the British champs this weekend, sprint race on Saturday and middle race on Sunday. POTOC are hosting the sprint at Keele Uni (Rod's the mapper), and Walton Chasers the Middle at Brereton Spurs, Cannock Chase (Rod's not the mapper). Weather's looking good should be a cracking weekend of fast racing. Details here..
