Plush Hill this coming Tuesday is our last event of the summer series.
Thanks once again to the National Trust for allowing us to use this area. They have asked that you do not walk/run through any wet flushes and boggy areas. So please go around if you come across any of these. Once again due to roadworks the A49 north towards Shrewsbury will be closed from 8pm. Therefore Peter and Jane will be set up, and ready for you to start from 6pm, so you will have plenty of time to run and get back up the road before it is closed. Tuesdays evenings Cardingmill Valley Results are up on the website here
This weeks Tuesday evenings event is at Cardingmill Valley. Thank you to The National Trust for once again allowing us to use the area.
Starts will be available from 6pm this week. This is because there are night road closures from 8:00pm on the A49 between Leebotwood and Longnor, so if you are heading north on the A49 towards Shrewsbury after your run, this will affect you, if it is after 8:00pm. So please turn up early and there should be plenty of time to run and get back up the road before it is closed. Please park in the lower car park (The higher car park will be locked early) and walk on up towards the top car park where Sharron and Clive will be for registration/start and finish. The National Trust ecologist Andy has asked of us that we do not walk/run through any of the wet, marshy areas. So please go around if you come across any of these. Thank you to Pete who has produced for us a larger map of the Cardingmill area.
