Thanks to everyone for helping and attending. Working with the Planner is always challenging but we pulled it off once again.
Planners Report
I hope you enjoyed the courses. Going back to a familiar area gives a challenge of finding new problems and ways to present them. In planning the courses, I tried to allow for the vegetation and use the new start area to best effect. I can only commend the bravery of anyone who ignored the path route across the valley to the final controls I was expecting the bracken to have died back more than it has.
It was interesting to see the even spread of participants across all the courses- Although technically there is no such thing as a RED course in the planning guidelines, the RED course seems to have been worthwhile allowing family pairs, fit newcomers and experienced competitors to tackle a longer course.
